Morgado de Silgueiros is a co-operative winery of around 2,000 small-scale growers making great-value red and white in the Dao, a region many consider to be the heartland of Portuguese still wine production.
The Encruzado provides all the body and texture while the Malvazia-Fina adds freshness and fragrance to the blend. Unoaked but with a rich, oily texture that pairs perfectly with roasted white meats and fish.
