Description

These grapes were harvested from two plots where the vines are more than 40 years old. They lie downhill from Chassagne’s road to Santenay, 2/3 coming from La Platière, with the remaining 1/3 being tiny Pinot grapes from Les Lombardes. This is not deeply coloured, but is freshly bright purple, all the way to the rim. Nose is open and fragrant, palate vibrantly fruity, with gentle freshness, no rough edges and good length. Drinking well now and exceptional value at only £21 per bottle.

This wine is offered in-bond. Prices do not include duty (£2.67/btl) or VAT (20%), which must be paid if this product is sold out of bond.
