One of the most fascinating wines in Burgundy, an intriguing project of planting vines at a density of 28,000 per hectare. The result is wines of incredible concentration and ageing potential, needing a least a decade before they are anywhere near ready to drink.
The domaine can trace its history back to the 17th century but it is only really since the 1990s that the estate has really started making seriously premium wines, as Hubert expanded their vineyard holdings with smart acquisitions in Saint Aubin, Chassagne, Puligny and Santenay.
